'Borealis': an adjective meaning "northern" or "of the north".

In the north, summer is a treasured season. The long hot days of July give way to the waning sun and cool August evenings... the beginning sign of the changing seasons.​

As summer gives way to autumn, the forest foliage slowly transforms into a kaleidoscope of warmly coloured hues. The landscape dries and the wind takes on a different sound as it snakes its way through the long grasses at the forest's edge. Days shorten, evenings lengthen, and the vast vault of the norther sky becomes a more prominent feature.

As autumn gives way to to winter, the dome of the firmament plays host to the aurora borealis, one of nature's most mysterious northern displays.
