'Sunrays' - Handmade Copper Earrings
 
These earrings were inspired by crepuscular rays... golden columns of sunlight (sometimes called God's eyelashes), that pierce through the clouds and radiate in many directions. These sunrays always catch my attention and instill a feeling of awe and wonder.
 
My hope is that these earrings inspire that same feeling of awe and wonder for you.
 
The process:
Made from sheet metal and wire, I skillfully cut, filed, textured, hammered, shaped, sanded, and polished each piece of Copper. Once each piece was crafted, I drilled holes in the the Copper domes, hung the spoons, and inserted the handmade Sterling Silver shepherd hooks.
