I have fond memories of spending time in Florida as a child. 
Hot sand burning the soles of my feet and what seemed like an endless teal blue ocean left a lasting impression. In my mind's eye, I can still see the miles of tan colored sand, spotted with dunes and long wispy grasses that flowed in the breeze. Hand-in-hand, my dad and I walked along a sandbar, far out into the water. The smell of Coppertone, sweat, and salt permeated the air. Our destination? Diving for sanddollars.
