'FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS'
weekly online physical fitness classes
Functional movements are those that mimic real life activities and involve multiple joints and muscle groups working together. They focus on whole body movements, like: squatting, lunging, reaching, balancing, lifting + carrying, and getting down and up off the floor.
These classes are good for ALL level of students.

We will focus on cultivating a lighthearted and easeful approach to practice, while improving balance, range of motion, mobility, strength, and flexibility.
Each 60-minute class will be divided into 3 x 20-minute sections:
Breaking up the class in this way will give you more freedom with your home practice, allowing you to do the whole class, or individual sections, depending on your needs and the time you have to available.
(Props: dumbbells, resistance bands, broom handle, chair, blocks, blanket, and some wall space)

ALL students will receive the Zoom link to join the live weekly class.

Each week, ALL students will receive a new video class link via email, which can be accessed on YouTube.

Over the 10-week session, you will have UNLIMITED access to this growing library of class, which you can do anytime, from anywhere.
